  • Processing: Payments are processed through secured third-party gateways. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please review it carefully. Generally, fees for digital content and online courses are non-refundable once access is granted.

7. Third-Party Services and Classplus

The Geoअर्थ (GeoArth) mobile application is hosted and managed through Classplus. When you use the mobile application, you are also subject to Classplus’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Geoअर्थ (GeoArth) is not responsible for the data practices of Classplus beyond what is necessary to deliver our services.

8. Publicity and Student Information

With your consent (as per DPDPA 2023 guidelines), we may use your name, photograph, and course-related achievements (including examination results) for marketing and promotional purposes on our website and social media. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • “As Is”: The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or exam results.
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geoअर्थ (GeoArth) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geoअर्थ (GeoArth) and its officers from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
