At Geoअर्थ (GeoArth), we strive to provide the highest quality coaching. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or accessing any of Our online courses.

1. Non-Refundable Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to course materials, recorded lectures, and test series:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Once access to a Course is granted, it cannot be revoked, returned, or exchanged for a refund.
• This policy applies to all courses, bundles, and subscription-based products, including those purchased during sales or using promotional codes.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or transaction reversals may be considered only in the following specific scenarios, at the sole discretion of the management:

• Duplicate Payment: If a technical error resulted in multiple charges for the same course.
• Technical Access Failure: If payment was successful but course access was not granted within 48 hours of reporting the issue, and a resolution is not possible.

Any such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date via email with valid proof of payment.

3. No Cancellation After Purchase

After a Course has been purchased and access has been provided, cancellation requests will not be accepted. We provide course previews and demo lectures to help You make an informed decision prior to purchase.

4. Third-Party Purchases

Purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers are subject to the respective platform’s refund and cancellation policies. Geoअर्थ (GeoArth) is not responsible for refunds processed by external vendors.

5. Limitation of Liability

Geoअर्थ (GeoArth) shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction, perceived lack of results, or change in personal circumstances (such as exam postponement or health issues) that occurs after the purchase.
